I know my career plans have changed at least four times since I matriculated, and they will probably change again.
For some, recruiting represents a ticket into a world with a straightforward career path and financial security. For others, banking and consulting are the last thing they ever want to do.
But whether you'll be making bank at Bain or serving coffee at the new Starbucks on Main Street, it's just a fact that recruiting isn't going anywhere any time soon.
