Editors' Note

Spring term at Dartmouth is possibly one of the best times of year. However, each June becomes more bittersweet than the last as another class says goodbye to dear ol' Dartmouth, and it gets even closer to being our turn.

This year, we are forced to say so long to the Class of 2009. Their imminent departure remind us that nothing lasts forever. In one more year, we will be in their shoes, and just the thought of that freaks us out. Maybe we'll be more ready by this time next year, but judging by the way the seniors are talking, probably not.

There is something or, well, a lot of things about this place that makes it difficult to leave, so much so that one of us has decided to even run back sophomore summer. If the '09s leave us with one thing, it's the reminder that we must make the most of our time at the College on the Hill.

In this issue, our senior writers offer perspective on their four years here and give their last pieces of advice for the rest of us. But don't worry, '09s, we'll see you blacked out and not acting your age at the next big weekend.
