I hate to be a sour blanket, but I'm afraid that John Strayer's call for a campaign against EBA's lack of purity of form is doomed to failure, as it is based on an erroneous (though common) misconception.
As Amanda, Charlie, Jimbo, Maureen or any of the Dowds can tell Mr. Strayer, "Everything But Anchovies" refers to one of the restaurant's special pizzas -- not to any anchovy policy. I know because -- years ago -- I asked a Dowd.
