College President Jim Yong Kim exchanges fistbumps with members of the Class of 2013 at the first-year Class Dinner on Wednesday night. Kim exchanged fistbumps rather than handshakes with students at this event, as well as at matriculation, in an effort to stem the potential spread of swine flu this season.

Partners in Health co-founders Ophelia Dahl, Paul Farmer and Jim Yong Kim, the College’s president, addressed the Class of 2013 on Wednesday evening.
