College President Jim Yong Kim speaks to members of the Dartmouth community gathered on the Green on Wednesday.

Kim will spend his first months getting acquainted with the College, and does not intend to implement any immediate changes, he said.

Bob Ceplikas ’78 will step in as athletic director when current Athletic Director Josie Harper retires. A permanent replacement has yet to be named.
