To the Editor:

On behalf of Career Services, I wish to express my sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to all of the students, faculty and administrators who took time out of their busy schedules last week to meet with Career Services' External Review Team ("External Panel Tackles Career Services Review," Apr. 10). Between Apr. 9-11, the Review Team met with as many as 90 individuals across campus, including President Wright, to assess Career Services. We hope that the Review Team's candid conversations and subsequent written recommendations will help us chart a course for the future. At the very least, we trust that the review process itself helps further the goal President Wright set for the administration -- in the wake of The McKinsey Report -- of "encouraging innovation within a culture of interdependence, transparency, responsibility and accountability."
