JuicyCampus.com, a nationwide college message board known for posts with titles like "Sluttiest girl" or "Best rack (real or fake) on campus???," is under legal scrutiny for possible consumer-fraud violations. This winter, Dartmouth's page was one of many on JuicyCampus.com to gain popularity by allowing anonymous postings of anything and everything about members of the faculty and student body.

A committee in the Vermont Senate passed legislation creating a task force to consider lowering the state's legal drinking age. The legislation will now be debated by the full state Senate in the coming weeks, according to Vermont state Sen. Hinda Miller, D-Chittenden, who introduced the bill. The legislation calls for a five-member task force to assess underage and binge drinking in Vermont and to argue the merits of lowering the drinking age.

Danielle O'Bannon '11, for one, emphasized the "break" part of the spring interim break.
