Why are you excited for spring to be sprung?

I'm most excited to be able to wear open-toed shoes again even though, knowing New Hampshire weather, I'll probably have to wait until at least May to be able to do that!

The return of madras. Nothing screams "Dartmouth" quite like colorful (read: obnoxious) stripes and plaids. And nothing allows me to release my inner WASP quite like the return of sun, flip-flops and asinine pants.

The element of spring that I'm most excited for is the afternoon green scene. Students running around barefoot, tanning in sports bras, reading, playing frisbee; it's straight out of a college brochure.
