Hanover High students charged as accomplices

Three students involved in the Hanover High cheating scandal were charged last week with being accomplices to theft and are scheduled to stand trial Tuesday in the Lebanon District Court. Two of the students had previously been charged with being accomplices to trespassing, while the third had been charged with criminal trespassing. More »

Three arrests made over Carnival

This year’s Winter Carnival weekend featured a mix of classic Carnival traditions and more recently established recreational activities, scenery that literally looked like it was “20,000 Leagues Under the Snow” and a relative drop in criminal incidents, according to Hanover Police Chief Nicholas Giaccone. Ressler lectures on work in Afghanistan, Morocco

Colonel Stephen Ressler described both the serious nature of his work creating an engineering program in Afghanistan and the interesting aspects of his work on a Discovery Channel television production in Morocco, at a speech on Friday. Ressler, the head of the department of civil and mechanical engineering at West Point, spoke as part of the Jones Seminars on Science, Technology and Society. More »
