Strong squash team loses to rival Harvard, beats Tufts

On Wednesday, the squash courts at the Berry Sports Center had an atmosphere generally reserved for Thompson Arena: Rambunctious fans were on hand cheering on the Big Green men’s and women’s squash teams for their showdown against perennial powerhouse Harvard. Despite the support of flag-waving and chanting Big Green fans, the teams fell short of beating higher-ranked Harvard, as both teams went down by identical scores of 3-6. However, the teams exacted revenge by running over an outmatched Tufts team just hours later, with the women blanking the Jumbos 9-0 and the men winning by a comfortable 7-2 margin. More »
