Men’s basketball stuns Vermont with game-winning layup

After blowing a late lead last week at Rutgers, the Big Green stormed back to stage some heroics of its own over the past few nights. Last Saturday, after trailing by eight points with 14 minutes left in the game, Dartmouth rebounded from the second-half deficit to pick up a huge win at Colgate (4-3), 81-76. Then, on Tuesday the Big Green thrilled the home crowd when Robby Pride ‘10 broke free for a lay-up with 7.6 seconds left to give Dartmouth a 76-75 victory over the Vermont Catamounts (2-4). More »

Seven things to be thankful for — at least if you’re Alex Hodes

It’s the most magical time of the year, right? Umm, wrong. The end of Fall term has consistently been the least enjoyable time of my Dartmouth career. You mean to tell me that I’m supposed to go home for a week and then come back and head right into finals? No thanks.
