Jazz show was wacky but melodious

Jazz should be heard and not seen. It should be taken in over a latte and a good book at Panera, not intently listened to over the course of a two-hour concert. At least, that was my staunch opinion as I sat down at Spaulding Auditorium on Saturday night to see the “legendary” John Scofield Trio and the ScoHorns play selections from their new album, “This Meets That.” More »
