To the Editor:

The fact that you are disheartened by the election of another petition candidate as trustee reveals how out of step you are with reality ("Pull Back the Curtain," May 18). The Alumni have spoken four times in a row! They are disheartened by the management of the College and want change.

President Wright should offer his resignation as he has been thoroughly discredited by his support of the failed, flawed proposed constitution and his support of candidates for trustee who have been defeated. He has spent College money to try to affect the outcomes of these elections and it has been wasted. What other waste is he guilty of?

Let us all join hands, get a new administration, dispense with political correctness and get back to being the best undergraduate liberal arts college in the world!
