Green Key arrests down from 2006

Although the sun only made a cameo appearance for this year’s Green Key, the weekend was, as usual, packed with events. Popular events included the tackies party at Kappa Delta Epsilon sorority, the Sigma Phi Epsilon pajama dance party, Phi Delta Alpha fraternity’s Block Party, Alpha Delta fraternity’s lawn party and a dance party at Chi Gamma Epsilon fraternity. Petitioners take most of alumni exec. committee

Candidates nominated by petition won a majority of the seats on the executive committee of the Dartmouth Association of Alumni in the organization’s first election that allowed “all-media” voting. Alumni selected William Hutchinson ‘76, a former petition candidate who was nominated in this election by a sub-group of the executive committee, as president. More »

CFS director to leave College for Iowa

Campaign canvassers pound the pavement

Beau Trudel ‘10 and other undergraduate volunteers who are part of Dartmouth Students for Barack Obama took part in a state-wide canvassing day for Sen. Obama, D-Ill, on Saturday. While some canvassers received a less warm welcome, Trudel, who is “communications director” for the group, found that most people responded enthusiastically. More »
