Athletes struggle to balance classes and D-I competition
For three weeks last spring, Nell Beattie ‘09 woke up every morning at 5 a.m. for a 5:45 a.m. practice on the Connecticut River. After that, she attended all of her classes before another workout with the women’s crew team.
