Sununu visits Dartmouth high tech business center

The Dartmouth Regional Technology Center, a “business incubator” that services small businesses in the Upper Valley, hosted Sen. John Sununu, R-N.H., on Wednesday. The center, which opened in October 2006, draws technological innovations from the Thayer School of Engineering and Dartmouth Medical School, and incorporates business methods from Tuck School of Business. UPenn prof: U.S. stuck in war on terror

Hanover too wealthy for new education initiative

In the most recent attempt to solve New Hampshire’s public education crisis, Democratic Gov. John Lynch has declared his commitment to propose a state constitutional amendment that would allow the state to give aid only to communities with the greatest need. Since the measure would only affect school districts in great need, it is not likely Hanover will be affected. More »

A non-profit CEO, Tuck graduate named top businesswoman

Deborah Brooks Tu’86, CEO and president of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, has been named one of America’s top businesswomen by PINK magazine and the Forté Foundation.
