The wrong argument at the wrong time

To the Editor:

With all that has been going on over the past few months why did Nathan Bruschi '10 ("Affirmative Action Too Skin Deep?," Feb. 13) choose to publish his inflammable thoughts now?

To make matters worse, he actually had the nerve to single out a Native American at Dartmouth who took part in an event that was designed to make incoming students feel welcome! As long as the integrity of indigenous cultures remain measured against the frozen norm of a single white culture we will have to resist the so-called superior "theories" of race espoused by people like Bruschi.
