Empty Bowls unites art and activism at Hopkins Center

This term, over 600 ceramic bowls were handmade, glazed and fired for the Empty Bowls project, which will take place on Feb. 20. Bowls were made by professional potters, faculty members, students and even Susan Wright. More »

Irish musical legends to join forces at the Hop Tuesday

After the enthusiastic celebration of hedonism that is Winter Carnival, many students might be turning to drier activities this week. For those wishing to enjoy the Guinness-free side of Irish culture, the Hopkins Center offers one option this Tuesday, when the powerhouse Celtic ensemble Altan takes the stage.
