Before I begin, I must take note of an article from The Dartmouth last Thursday entitled “Live free, get high in N.H.?” The representative initiating the bill was none other than the aptly-named Charles Weed, D-Keene, which begs the question: If your last name were Weed, wouldn’t you find a different representative to introduce your bill proposing the legalization of marijuana?
