An alternative mascot

To the Editor:

I am writing in response to Nathan Bruschi '10's article, which recycled the pathetic idea of the Dartmoose as our mascot (Dartmouth's Mascot Void," Nov. 13). We are the Big Green. We do not need a Dartmoose. That would be awkward. If we have a mascot, it should be Link from "Zelda." Link comes in a green costume, he has a sword, a hat and a theme song that would really pump up the crowd, especially if we had someone jumping around on the field in a Link suit.
