Women’s hockey drops first two games of 2006-07 season

Sarah Parsons ‘10, a 2006 Winter Olympian, broke her skates in the first period of her collegiate opener against Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pa. Talk about a bad omen. Then the No. 8 Big Green women’s hockey team proceeded to relinquish an early 2-0 advantage, losing the first of a pair of games against the No. 4 Mercyhurst Lakers (5-0-1) 5-3 on Saturday afternoon. Equestrian conquers Colby show, off to best start in 16 years

Dartmouth equestrian wrapped up its weekend doubleheader in impressive form, winning on Saturday at Colby Sawyer College by one point over Mount Ida College, and finishing a close second to Mount Ida at Dartmouth’s home show on Sunday. The team’s strong performance this weekend moved it into first in the regional standings, displacing perennial favorite University of Vermont. More »

Rowing teams take on international field at Charles Regatta

All three varsity rowing teams competed Sunday against an international field at the Head of the Charles Regatta in Boston, Mass., the largest two-day rowing event in the world. More »

Men’s hockey wins twice in preseason competition
