Beck showcases a different sound with ‘The Information’

Beck has always been an artist who defies classification. That’s always been his trademark: the listener can never exactly put his or her finger on what this guy is trying to do, but for the most part, they like it. Some of the time he’s doing the laid back funk thing with a taste of hip-hop, and other times he’s doing acoustic folksy rock.
