Arson rate higher at Dartmouth

Dartmouth reported more incidents of arson on its campus than any other Ivy League school in the past two years, according to crime statistics mandated for all colleges by the Clery Act. Safety and Security reported three incidents of arson in 2005 and four cases in 2003. More »

WISP kicks off year with orientation programming

Women have been traditionally underrepresented in the percentage of science, math and engineering degrees awarded at colleges across the country. While this gender gap is shrinking, it is still a problem at Dartmouth.
