Tulane students thankful to College, but glad to be ‘home’

Police Blotter

Oct. 3, 9:40 p.m. Hanover Police was called to the scene of a landlord-tenant dispute when a former tenant showed up at a Lebanon Street rental property and refused to leave upon the landlord’s request. During the dispute, the tenant complained of intolerable conditions, which allegedly included the landlord, who was “drunk half the time.” The police ended the dispute and no further action was taken.
