Police Blotter

April 29, School Street, 12:34 a.m. Police pulled over a vehicle for operating with a loud muffler. While being questioned, the 20-year-old driver, who is not associated with the College, showed signs of nervousness and did not maintain eye contact with the questioning officer. Eventually, the driver admitted to having consumed several alcoholic beverages before driving, and an inspection of his car revealed that he was in possession of both alcohol and marijuana. He was arrested for unlawful possession of alcohol, transporting alcoholic beverages by a minor, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. More »
