A Dartmouth employee complained to Hanover Police on Feb. 1 that a red hatchback had passed multiple cars at about 80 mph, going back and forth across Lyme Road's double yellow line and forcing oncoming traffic to swerve into the breakdown lane to avoid a collision. The next day, police stopped the same car for speeding on Lyme Road and issued the driver a ticket.
